It establishes reserve, redemption, and capital requirements for issuers under its supervision. The rule softens certain reserve constraints and evaluates third-party reward programs on a case-by-case basis. Effective January 18, 2027. 🚀 SpaceX and Tesla have formed independent committees to explore a potential merger, which would consolidate approximately 30,221 BTC held by both companies.
