While this industry grows more serious, it also grows more predatory and extractive. Fees are everywhere, and most wallets are harder to use than a few years ago. The industry increasingly acts as an unregulated casino: card pack openings, memecoins with insider trading, Rolex gachapon (only KOLs win), perps with insane fees… People should join crypto as the “endgame”, a place to STAY (efficient, secure, fair, enabling, censorship-resistant, and global), not LEAVE (thinking of an exit means crypto is losing). Markets are markets, collective attitude matters more than regulations or signaling. Buying BTC, ETH, XMR, and other crypto in spot because you believe they’re transformative beats blowing savings chasing the next (rigged) lottery win.
