This is a step in the right direction. With the industry growing and crypto going mainstream, open and honest markets have to be the standard. The strongest ask: adding market-maker agreements to required disclosures, including tokens loaned and the vehicle used. The letter calls a loan of unissued tokens "among the most consequential facts for a newly launched token." Hard to disagree. Hidden liquidity deals are still one of the biggest trust problems at launch, and buyers rarely see them. Disclosure costs nothing to those playing fair. It just makes bad deals harder to hide. A new agreement triggering an update, instead of waiting for the annual filing, is the right call too.
