Don’t think they had to do this at all, but pretty chad move from the dev team behind Standard Not a ton of experimental teams onchain these days that would operate like this. Kudos are due for a swift, fair outcome (arguably more than fair or deserved) Adverse burning of NFTs has been an extremely contentious point in the community ever since I first saw it with Wzrds back in 2022. Interesting to see the same opposing views exist just as strongly today even when mechanics are fully exposed/transparent/disclosed
