The most important moments in trading are not always the green candles. Sometimes a pullback reveals whether buyers still have conviction or whether the market needs more time before another attempt higher.
HYPE is trading at 82.604, down 0.84% over 24 hours in the screenshot. The decline places it on my watchlist for a potential recovery setup, but I am not treating a red day as an automatic buying opportunity.
My first priority is to see whether price can stabilize around the entry region. I want to watch the volume behind any rebound, whether sellers lose momentum near support, and whether price can reclaim a nearby short-term resistance. A recovery with improving participation would be more convincing than a quick bounce on weak volume.
I am also watching derivatives positioning and liquidation levels. In a leveraged market, crowded positions can make a small move turn into a much larger one. Funding, open interest, and actual order flow matter more than speculation about what large traders might be doing.
If Bitcoin becomes volatile or dominance rises further, HYPE could remain under pressure. If broader market conditions improve and buyers reclaim lost levels, a recovery attempt may develop.
EP: 81.80–82.70
TP1: 84.00
TP2: 85.50
TP3: 87.00
SL: 80.50
These are illustrative levels, not confirmed chart levels. I want price stabilization before entry and a clear invalidation point if the recovery fails.
This is where patience separates a plan from an impulse. I will wait for confirmation instead of trying to catch every falling candle.
I’m ready for the move — HYPE stays on my watchlist.
