Blur is shutting down its front-end and will retain only the smart contract, which will no longer be developed (but you should revoke approvals to prevent potential NFT theft in case of a hack). Additionally, the Blend service, which allowed users to borrow funds to purchase NFTs, will be discontinued, leading to a surge in selling activity. This has been a tough period for the NFT space since Abstract shut down.
