🚨 $XRPN TRADERS -- HERE’S THE MATH THAT WILL ACTUALLY MATTER POST-MERGER 🚨 With $XRPN selling off right now, just know, nobody can do a proper valuation until the final closing paperwork hits!!! Here’s what we actually need: 🟢 Final XRP holdings. Evernorth has been targeting roughly 473M XRP 🟢 Final total economic shares outstanding NOT just the current low float 🟢 Final cash + debt + liabilities 🟢 Final tradable float / lockups 🟢 Warrants, convertibles and other dilution Once we have those numbers, the math gets pretty simple: XRP Treasury Value = XRP held × XRP price Adjusted NAV = XRP value + cash + other assets − debt/liabilities NAV per $XRPN share = Adjusted NAV ÷ total economic shares Then: mNAV = $XRPN price ÷ NAV per share That tells us whether $XRPN is trading at 1x, 2x, 3x, 5x NAV, etc. And THIS is the distinction traders need to understand: 🔥 FLOAT determines how violently the stock can move. 📊 TOTAL SHARE COUNT determines what each share is approximately worth. Those are two very different things. Example using ~473M XRP and XRP at $1.50: If there are 50M economic shares → about $14.20 XRP NAV/share If there are 100M economic shares → about $7.10 XRP NAV/share Huge difference. So before anyone confidently says “$XRPN is worth $20, $30, $50 or $100”... So we need the final cap table!!! Once Evernorth closes and the SEC filings land, THAT is when we can finally do the real math. 🔥 $XRPN $XRP #Evernorth
