TRON is quietly becoming the plumbing of the global stablecoin economy. The network is closing in on 100 million transactions a week, moving somewhere between $150 billion and $190 billion in stablecoin transfers over the same period. Average fees have fallen to about seven cents. Most of that volume is USDT. As of Q2 2026, USDT supply on TRON stood at roughly $89 billion, making it the single largest home for the world’s most widely used stablecoin. In that quarter alone, TRON settled about $2.08 - $2.1 trillion across more than one billion transactions. Weekly active addresses are also pushing toward record highs, which points to real, sustained usage rather than a few whales shuffling funds. TRON is also widening the stablecoin stack beyond USDT, just as regulatory frameworks for stablecoins take shape in the US and elsewhere. Infrastructure first. Volume follows. @justinsuntron
