I don’t think people realize how big this is. Open Food Chain is using Cardano to anchor supply-chain proofs for @KraftHeinzCo and Interfood. In simple terms, companies can verify what actually happened across the supply chain instead of just asking people to trust the data. This is the kind of adoption I care about. Real companies, real use cases, and Cardano quietly sitting underneath the infrastructure. A lot more is happening on Cardano than people think.
