ICP is quietly holding its ground while several other coins on the screen are getting hit.
The current price is around 3.306 with a 24 hour gain of 0.91 percent. It is not the biggest move on the board, but relative strength matters when the rest of the market is mixed.
The first zone I am watching is 3.20 to 3.30. If buyers continue defending that region and volume starts expanding, ICP could attempt a push toward 3.60.
Above that, 4.00 becomes the larger psychological target.
The key here is confirmation. If market volume increases and ICP continues holding while weaker altcoins remain under pressure, that relative strength becomes much more interesting.
I am watching the rotation carefully. When capital starts moving between sectors, the coins that refuse to break down can suddenly become the ones everyone starts watching.
