In general, when sending funds to an exchange or broker, avoid routing the transfer through a bridge. Take the slower route: bridge the assets yourself first, then complete one additional step. Many brokers use smart contracts and end up with all kinds of complications—everyone washes their hands of the issue. Go the slow way.
