There is a feeling in the market that is difficult to explain until you have seen it before.
The silence before the storm.
For days, the market can feel quiet. Traders hesitate. Liquidity sits on the sidelines. Everyone waits for confirmation. Then suddenly volume starts expanding, smaller tokens begin moving aggressively, and the market starts telling a completely different story.
PUBLIC is one of the names that has now entered that conversation.
The price shown is around 0.02115, with a move of more than 70 percent in the period shown. That kind of expansion immediately puts PUBLIC on the radar because the important question is no longer whether the token can move.
The important question is whether buyers can defend the breakout after the first wave of excitement.
The broader market is showing signs of increased activity as well. Total crypto trading volume has climbed above 100 billion dollars, while Bitcoin dominance remains around the mid 50 percent area. Whale activity is also elevated, although recent whale data shows that large traders have not been exclusively buying.
That is exactly why I am watching confirmation rather than chasing candles.
For PUBLIC, the first area I would watch is the 0.0200 to 0.0210 region. Holding this zone after a pullback would keep the recent momentum structure interesting.
A stronger continuation through 0.0225 would show that buyers are still willing to pay higher prices.

The key is volume.
If PUBLIC continues attracting volume while holding above the support zone, the market may continue treating it as a momentum play.
If volume disappears and price loses the support structure, the setup changes quickly.
This is the phase where patience matters more than excitement.
