Strategy ($MSTR) has just announced another major Bitcoin purchase, adding 1,665 BTC for approximately $142.7 million.


The company paid an average of $85,681 per Bitcoin, bringing its total Bitcoin holdings to a record 847,666 BTC.


Strategy funded the purchase partly through the sale of 1.47 million MSTR shares, generating about $246.2 million.


This is Strategy’s second consecutive weekly Bitcoin purchase, after buying 950 BTC the previous week.


The move is gaining attention across the crypto market as traders watch whether Strategy will continue accelerating its Bitcoin accumulation.
