$NEAR is one of the cleaner charts here. The move from $4.44 to above $5.15 was strong, and the structure is still holding higher lows.
The problem is price is now sitting close to resistance, so chasing here is risky. I’d rather watch for a pullback into the previous consolidation.

TP1: $5.15
TP2: $5.28
If $5.15 breaks with volume, momentum can extend.
