The story behind @j0hnwang is genuinely disappointing. I had a lot of respect for John when he was solo bullposting prediction markets as a new category in 2025, before it became the biggest topic on CT. He was probably one of the people who helped trigger that entire wave of attention. Sad to see him turn into a Kalshi shill, defending seemingly every dubious action and decision they make and constantly pushing what seem to be fake metrics.
