$LSK The dangerous configuration is:

Price < 0.3697

OI rising

long-account ratio staying elevated

taker sells increasing

Then 0.3626 becomes vulnerable. If 0.3626 fails with fresh OI coming in, that’s when I would expect another leverage flush rather than trying to catch the bottom.

My read right now

I wouldn’t call this a confirmed reversal. The market has gone from aggressive bearish deleveraging → consolidation/releveraging, but it has not yet transitioned into aggressive buying. The most interesting mismatch is:

Many accounts are long

OI has rebuilt

price remains weak

basis remains negative

funding has normalized dramatically

That creates fuel in both directions.

For a squeeze upward, LSK needs to reclaim 0.383–0.390 first.

For another flush, losing 0.369 → 0.3626 while OI remains high would be the signal I’d take much more seriously.

Right now 0.369–0.390 is basically the battlefield
