Bounce here or we're cooked. With the CLARITY Act failing to pass, any sign of strength here would be extremely bullish. If the market can absorb bearish news like this and remain resilient, I’d expect it to move much, much higher. In a bullish environment, bad news gets shrugged off. We’re about to find out what kind of market we’re really in.
