A user holding productive collateral may want exposure to a dollar-denominated asset without immediately selling the underlying position. Collateralized stablecoin systems can provide a mechanism for doing that, although the strategy comes with liquidation and debt risks that must be understood. This is where USDD-style vault infrastructure becomes interesting. Users can deposit supported collateral, create a debt position and mint USDD while maintaining exposure to the collateral asset. The model can potentially improve capital flexibility, but responsible use requires discipline: • Maintain sufficient collateral buffers. • Monitor liquidation prices. • Understand stability fees. • Avoid excessive leverage. • Account for sudden market volatility. Capital efficiency should never be confused with risk-free leverage. The value of a collateralized system comes from giving users more financial options while making the associated risks visible and manageable. @usddio_cn @justinsuntron #TRONEcoStar
