The silence before the storm feels even stronger when a smaller asset begins sitting near an important support area. RAIN is around 0.016871 after a 3.66 percent decline, and this is exactly the type of chart where I want to watch reaction rather than panic.
The first support zone I am watching is 0.0162 to 0.0166. If buyers defend this area, the next thing I want is volume expansion followed by a reclaim of 0.0172 to 0.0175. That would tell me that the sellers may be losing control.
Volume rising is critical here. Dominance shifting toward higher beta altcoins could create additional fuel. Whale moves around support could also become important because smaller assets can move aggressively once liquidity starts entering.
My RAIN plan.
EP: 0.0164 to 0.0169
TP1: 0.0178
TP2: 0.0190
TP3: 0.0205
SL: 0.0153
I am not interested in chasing a sudden vertical candle. The better setup is patience around support, confirmation through volume, and then a strong breakout.
RAIN is one of the names I am watching for a potential momentum expansion if the broader market starts turning aggressive again.
