CT keeps saying "whales are buying back". No their not, they just stopped selling. Dormant/"ancient" coin movement in Q2 2026 fell to its lowest since Q3 2022, and 2026 is on pace for fewer than half the dormant-coin reactivations seen in 2025. Old wallets "waking up" dropped by more than half year-over-year. While it's true that LTH supply hit a fresh all-time high (~16.6M BTC), and the cohort turned net accumulator over the trailing 30 days, following its largest selling event since 2019. However, a lot of that "LTH" growth is new long-term holders (ETF shares, treasuries) aging into the bucket, not OGs. So OGs sold, bought super yachts, and they aren't back, who knows if they will ever come back.
