📌Nobody actually loses money in crypto because they're dumb. I keep coming back to that. It's not a smarts problem. It's that people are playing a game and don't even realize what game it is.

I watched a trader last week sharp guy, spreadsheets, the whole setup. Still bought the top on some "can't miss" coin because forty people in a Telegram group were losing their minds over it. Sold the bottom three weeks later when that same group went quiet.

He didn't lose to the market. He lost to his own nervous system.

And honestly, that's most of us.

• We buy when we're excited, not when we have a plan

• We sell when we're scared, not when we hit a target

• We treat hype like it's a strategy, when it's basically a warning sign

• We check the chart forty times a day and tell ourselves that's "research"

• We confuse conviction with just... agreeing with a tweet

The market isn't out to get you. Your dopamine is.

The people who actually win aren't smarter than everyone else. They just made one boring decision and stuck with it — instead of making a brand new decision every time the price moved an inch.

So, genuinely what's the one rule that's saved you from yourself?
