The memo field is the instruction layer. When you send a transaction on XRPL via Xaman or D'CENT, you embed Flare instructions in the memo. The Flare Data Connector reads that XRPL transaction, verifies the signature cryptographically, and instructs your Smart Account proxy on @FlareNetworks to execute the encoded action. No trusted relayer. No custodian. 📝
