Most infrastructure gets built after the problem becomes undeniable. Roads came after cars caused chaos. Banking regulation came after markets collapsed. The internet got security standards after the first wave of attacks made ignoring them too costly. The agentic economy is moving faster than any of those examples. By 2030, AI agents are projected to handle nearly $9 trillion in transactions. The happy path infrastructure, payments, identity, interoperability, is being built right now at speed. Nobody is waiting for the first catastrophic agent dispute to become undeniable before building the resolution layer. That is what actually caught my attention reading through this thread. @GenLayer is not solving a theoretical future problem. It is solving the same problem every functioning economy has always had, just applying it to a world where the participants are autonomous and the agreements are written in natural language instead of legal code. Traditional smart contracts handle conditions that can be expressed as exact logic. Most real agreements cannot. When an agent claims a deliverable was completed and another agent disputes the quality, no if-then statement resolves that. Someone has to reason through what was actually promised and what was actually delivered. GenLayer builds contracts that can do that reasoning. Multiple independent AI validators each review the situation separately. The verdict only stands when those independent reviews genuinely converge. No single model controls the outcome. Appeals exist when reasonable disagreement remains. The thing I keep thinking about is that this is not a new idea at all. Peer review. Juries. Independent audits. Every institution humans trust at scale uses the same basic design: make many independent minds reach the same conclusion before treating anything as settled. GenLayer is applying that design to the one layer of the agentic economy everyone else is skipping. The question for me is not whether this layer needs to exist. It clearly does. The question is whether it gets built before the first major dispute makes the absence impossible to ignore. Which path makes more sense to you: Community, Builder, or Validator? https://t.co/kBDMqmPP9G
