Bitcoin solved one problem. Who owns what. Ethereum solved the next one. What happens when conditions are met. Nobody solved what happens when two parties look at the same outcome and both genuinely believe they are right. @GenLayer That third problem is about to get very expensive. By 2030, AI agents are projected to move close to $9 trillion in transactions. These are not humans clicking confirm. These are autonomous systems negotiating, executing, and settling without anyone watching. Most of the infrastructure being built right now handles the moving part beautifully. None of it handles the disagreement part. Here is what makes this harder than it looks. A traditional smart contract cannot read context. It cannot weigh intent against outcome. It cannot tell you whether a delivered result matched what was genuinely promised. It only knows if a condition was technically triggered. That works fine when agreements are simple. Real agreements are rarely simple. GenLayer builds what it calls Intelligent Contracts. Instead of fixed code that executes blindly, these contracts can read natural language, pull live information from the web, and reason through whether something was actually fulfilled the way both sides understood it would be. But the part I find more interesting than the contracts themselves is how verdicts get reached. Multiple independent AI validators each review a situation separately, without talking to each other first. Then the system checks whether they genuinely agree. No single model controls the outcome. Manipulate one validator and you have changed nothing. Get it wrong and you are still economically accountable for that call. That is the part the rest of the agentic economy stack is missing entirely. Moving value at scale was the hard problem everyone focused on. Fairly settling what happened afterward is the problem nobody built for. What do you think breaks first in an economy run by agents, the transactions or the agreements?
