VOLT is quietly building a reversal structure. After the big rejection and deep correction, price formed a long base and recently started pushing higher with stronger green candles. That is the first sign of demand returning. If VOLT holds this higher low and continues grinding upward, the chart can shift from recovery mode into breakout mode.
