$VELVET IS GETTING CRUSHED!
I told you about $VELVET when it was at 1.58 just a few days ago. Now it's at 0.531 — that's a 61% drop. If you held, you're feeling the pain. But when a coin drops this hard, a bounce is usually coming. RSI at 18 — extremely oversold. This is panic selling territory. Volume is increasing on the way down, which often signals capitulation. The 4-hour chart shows a massive red candle with high volume — sellers are in control. But when RSI hits 18, it rarely stays there for long. Historical data shows that these extreme oversold conditions often lead to sharp reversals.
What I'm watching: The key support level is at 0.500. If that holds, we could see a recovery toward 0.620 and 0.720. The risk is that if 0.500 breaks, we could drop further to 0.450. But with RSI at 18, the odds favor a bounce. This is the kind of setup where patient traders get rewarded.
Long Plan $VELVET
Buy: 0.520 – 0.540
Stop: 0.490
Targets: 0.620, 0.720, 0.850
If it recovers from 0.540 to 0.850, that's a 57% gain. The deeper the dip, the bigger the bounce.
