Back in June, Anthropic gave people two-week free access to its newly released AI model, Fable 5. Three days later, access was denied on direction from the US government, over a reported security flaw. Good news: Fable 5 is back now. Bad news: the good deal is gone. It’s been reduced to 50% compared to the offer made earlier. The first offer didn’t feel special when it was made. Now that it’s shrunk , everyone can see how good actually the first offer was. Fable 5 launched June 9, was free through June 22, no limits. Pulled back on June 12 over the purported security flaw. It’s back now, but only until July 7 and only half of what you use can be Fable 5. The rest gets billed separately.
