most people think getting into smart contract security requires a computer science degree, years of experience, or some kind of special permission. it doesn't. what it actually requires is the willingness to sit with code that makes no sense, look stupid while learning in public, and show up again the next day anyway. the barrier isn't technical. it's psychological. and that's actually good news, because psychological barriers are the ones you can choose to walk through.
