Perps are the hardest test of execution on Solana. Leveraged and live, they feel late liquidations, dropped cancels, and shaky settlement first. It shows up as bad debt, wider spreads, and idle capital. Toby's tech will help to solve it in meaningful ways. We're not starting from scratch to fix it. The execution performance layer is built on the OpenMEV infrastructure we've spent 2 years building: the systems that order, include, and price transactions, and coordinate with validators to land them. That machinery was already solving the hard part. We're pointing it straight at execution and settlement now. For perps that means: - liquidations and updates that land on time - settlement you can actually trust - tighter spreads, because the infra underneath is finally dependable Still early. But the foundation is already 2 years deep on Toby. More soon. Lock-in. 🔭
