$BTC FULL ANALYSIS Within just three weeks, Bitcoin dumped almost 30%, sweeping the previous major local low. What stands out is that despite taking that liquidity, we haven’t got a daily or weekly close below the level. So for now, that move was simply a liquidity sweep rather than a true breakdown. Over the past two days, price has been slowly recovering, which is healthy for the market after such an aggressive sell-off. At the highs, the 200 EMA acted as perfect resistance, and price continues to trade below it, confirming that the HTF downtrend is still intact. Looking at the liquidation maps, the picture has changed significantly. There are now more than 4x as many shorts as longs positioned in the market. Because of that, a relief pump from current levels would make perfect sense as the market looks to clear some of that newly built-up short liquidity. My overall bias remains bearish, but as long as we don’t get a weekly close below $59.900, short-term bullish price action remains most likely. From here, I am watching two key areas: - The golden FIB level of the recent dump. - The recent range highs, which align with the broken uptrend that now acts as major resistance. My plan is to add to my swing short positions at those levels, still targeting $52.500 as the primary downside target.
