The SEC just delayed tokenized stocks. They're scared it's a Pandora's box where Apple equity could trade onchain without the company even knowing. TradFi's just buying time. They know the RWA shift is inevitable, but they can't let it run until they figure out how to enforce sanctions and keep their cut.
