Market Outlook After breaking below 78,500, the pullback has intensified, approaching the first support level at 76,700. After rebounding to the 82,000 range Thursday night to Friday morning, we still believed there was potential to reach around 83,000—but unfortunately, the market turned downward. After quickly dropping to the 78,500 range on Friday, we did not re-enter long positions, primarily because I was out drinking and missed the opportunity; however, this turned out to be fortunate (normally, I would have aimed to re-enter longs around 78,500). If any family members placed long orders at 78,500, they should already be stopped out. After breaking below 78,500, the primary support below is at 76,700 (already touched). However, I believe this level is unlikely to hold. I expect another downward test, likely plunging below 76,000 and probing near 75,600—but it should not reach 75,000. If it breaks below 74,000, the overall trend will likely revert to bearish. Until 74,000 is breached, there remains hope for a rebound and new highs. Once 74,000 is broken, any rebound can only be viewed as a temporary rally—not a precursor to new highs. Earlier last week, I believed the market had strong potential to reach 84,000—the lower boundary of last November to January’s trading range, where support and resistance had swapped roles—but the market ultimately did not provide that opportunity. Currently, we hope to find support above 75,000 and attempt another upward test. If 74,000 is broken, it may imply a further downward test toward 69,000 and even 65,000. The current decline is primarily driven by U.S. equities. We can observe that U.S. stocks began falling at midnight on the 15th, almost coinciding with Bitcoin’s Friday high of 82,000. Thus, the end of this pullback may also align with U.S. equities (not later than them). Currently, key support levels for U.S. stocks lie at 7,310 (4H MA100) and 7,200–7,220 (4H Vegas). If U.S. stocks stabilize at these levels and Bitcoin simultaneously holds key support, the likelihood of a confirmed end to the pullback will significantly increase.
