DTCC has just announced its contribution to the GBBC’s Risk Mitigation Framework, focused on non-financial risks of public blockchains. What the post doesn’t say: Ripple has been actively involved in this framework since Phase 1, alongside DTCC, Euroclear, Clearstream, and The World Bank. In other words: two institutions—DTCC and Ripple—are sitting at the same table, jointly writing the rules for how the market should assess and mitigate risks in public blockchain infrastructure. DTCC is building the tokenization of the U.S. market. Ripple Prime is already a participant in NSCC. And now, both are formally collaborating through the GBBC to define governance and risk standards. This is not speculation. It’s silent, documented, and ongoing institutional coordination. The standard is here. It’s already happening! Like, share, and follow @Brasil_Xrp for more.
