🚨 Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent just took a direct swipe at Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong, calling him a ‘recalcitrant actor’ for opposing the Clarity Act. Brian Armstrong and others oppose the CLARITY Act because regulatory clarity kills their edge, fewer gray zones, less control, thinner margins for exchanges. Epstein had invested $3M in Coinbase in 2014 at a $400M valuation and marked Ripple as an “enemy.” What followed was lawsuits, XRP Delisting and Reputation war on Ripple. CLARITY Act doesn’t help Bitcoin. It doesn’t fix its volatility, price speculation model, settlement, or compliance. It helps regulated payment and settlement infrastructure as that of Ripple and XRPL to lead America as the crypto capital of the world.
