KuCard Points Reward Program Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. The KuCard Points Reward Program (“Campaign”) will take effect on 26/07/2026 and shall continue to take effect until KuCoin serves any termination notice to you (“Campaign Period”).

1.2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Campaign Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and agree that any decisions made by KuCoin in respect of this Campaign shall be final and binding.

1.3. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with KuCard Terms of Use which can be found at https://immersve.com/terms-and-conditions/au/custodial-general-terms-of-use. KuCoin reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Campaign at any time by publishing the updated Terms and Conditions at https://www.kucoin.com/announcement/KuCard-Terms-of-Use.

2. Eligibility

2.1. This Campaign is open to all customers of KuCard (“Eligible Participant”, “you” or “your”).

2.2. The following persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Campaign:

(a) Users whose KuCoin Account or KuCard is terminated, closed, suspended or unsatisfactorily conducted as determined by KuCard within this Campaign Period;

(b) Users who are or become mentally unsound, deceased, adjudicated bankrupt or have legal proceedings of any nature instituted against them during this Campaign Period;

(d) Residents of restricted countries as determined by KuCard from time to time.

3. Cashback Mechanics

3.1. Eligible Participant will be entitled to earn KuCard Rewards Points based on the following Tier System:

KuCard Rewards Points Earning

The earning percentage is 1% for all tiers, reward rates and points earned are calculated based on every USDC 1 of eligible spending.

3.2. The system will automatically apply the higher tier between the user's VIP Level and Monthly Spending Tier when calculating rewards.Monthly spending is tracked in real time.Once a user reaches a spending threshold, the corresponding reward tier will take effect on the following day and remain valid through the end of the next calendar month.

3.3. Eligible KuCard Rewards Points may be redeemed through the redemption options made available by KuCoin from time to time. Available redemption options may include, but are not limited to:

Users may redeem KuCoin Rewards Points for supported digital assets. The list of supported digital assets is determined solely by KuCoin and may be modified from time to time at KuCoin's discretion, including but not limited to USDC and USDT.

The applicable redemption rate will be displayed at the time of redemption. Unless otherwise specified, the standard redemption rate is 1,000 Rewards Points for the equivalent value of 1 USDC.

The final amount of cryptocurrency received may vary depending on the selected asset and the prevailing market conversion rate at the time of redemption.

3.4. KuCoin reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any redemption option, redemption rate, supported cryptocurrency, coupon offering, or related feature at any time without prior notice.

3.5. KuCoin reserves the right to verify a user's eligibility before processing any redemption request and may reject, delay, or cancel any redemption that violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws and regulations.

3.6. KuCard Rewards Points are issued only after the relevant transaction has been successfully completed and fully settled. Due to the transaction processing and settlement cycle, there may be a delay between the time a transaction is made and the time the corresponding Rewards Points are credited to the User’s account. The actual time of issuance may vary depending on the merchant, payment network, and settlement process. KuCoin reserves the right to determine the final eligibility and timing of Rewards Points issuance based on completed and settled transaction data.

3.7. KuCard Rewards Points will become available only after a 15 calendar day verification period following transaction completion. KuCard Rewards Points remain valid for 90 days from the date they become available. This allows users sufficient flexibility to choose when and how to redeem their rewards.

3.8. KuCoin shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in posting of sales transactions which may result in an eligible transaction being rendered ineligible for KuCard Rewards Points.

4. Excluded Transactions

4.1. KuCard Rewards Points will not be awarded for the following transactions using KuCard:

(a) Automated Cash Disbursements, including where cash disbursement transactions occurred at automated teller machines (ATMs);

(b) Investment Platforms, where such merchandise and services may include checks and other financial products, promotional merchandise, loan fees, and financial counselling service fees. Included are also repayment of debts to banks, savings and loans, thrift shops and credit unions;

(c) Brokers/Dealers, where such merchants are associated with financial institutions for the purchase of merchandise or services or the repayment of debts to banks, savings and loans, thrift shops and credit unions. For example, the purchase of cheques, other financial products or promotional merchandise, deposits, the funding of an account, the purchase or reload of a stored-value card, the purchase of foreign currency, non-fiat currency (for example, cryptocurrency), money orders (a negotiable paper-based remittance – not a money transfer), traveller’s cheques and loan fees or financial counselling service fees. This also includes merchants involved in the repayment of a debt, loan or credit card balance by a cardholder to the financial institution;

(d) Customer Financial Institution;

(e) Gambling Transactions, where it includes the placing of a wager, the purchase of a lottery ticket, spread betting, in-flight commerce gaming, or the purchase of chips or other value usable for gambling in conjunction with gambling activities provided by wagering or betting establishments such as casinos, race tracks, card parlours, airlines, and the like;

(f) Professional Services. Examples of such merchants include mortgage brokers, research firms, financial planners, graphic designers, guest speakers and lecturers, court stenographers, real estate appraisers, research firms, and auction houses. Please note that charging your PayPal or Curve account, for instance, also falls under this category;

(g) Government Services, including general support services to the government, such as personnel, auditing, procurement, and building management services. Examples include civil rights and civil service commissions, general government accounting offices, general services offices, government supply agencies, fire, and motor vehicle departments, and national, state, and city parks;

(h) Postal Services at government postal offices, including local post office branches. Services provided include accepting and processing packages and mail for delivery, selling postage stamps, and express mailing services; and

(i) Transactions made with AUD; and

(j) Any other transactions as determined by KuCoin from time to time.

5. General Terms and Conditions

5.1. By participating in this Campaign, you agree and consent to allow your personal data to be collected, processed and used by KuCoin in accordance with KuCoin’s Privacy Policy, which may be viewed at https://www.kucoin.com/en-au/support/47497300093812 In addition and without prejudice to the terms set out in KuCoin’s Privacy Policy, you agree and consent to your personal data or information being collected, processed and used by KuCoin for the purposes of this Campaign.

5.2. Unless specifically mentioned in these Terms and Conditions, this Campaign is not valid with any other campaign of KuCoin, and no other special, additional, preferential rates and/or reward shall be given to you in addition to this Campaign.

5.3. KuCoin reserves the right to claw-back the KuCard Rewards Points amount without prior notice if it reasonably determines that the customer is not eligible for the points, including where the points was awarded due to an error, cancelled or the transaction is not retail spend.

5.4. KuCoin shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in posting of transactions which may result in any Eligible Participant being omitted from enjoying the KuCard Rewards Points.

5.5. The records of transactions maintained by KuCoin and KuCoin’s decision in all matters (including but not limited to any dispute arising therefrom) relating to this Campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding on you. KuCoin shall not be obliged to give any reason or entertain any correspondence with any person(s) or any party(ies) on any matter in relation to this Campaign.

5.6. The KuCard Points Reward Program under this Terms and Conditions is provided on ‘as is, where is’ basis, and KuCoin shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any unauthorised third party in respect of this Campaign offered and published in any media, marketing or advertising material.

5.7. KuCoin may vary these Terms and Conditions or suspend or terminate the Campaign without any prior notice or liability to any party.

5.8. KuCoin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in this Campaign without any prior notice, including but not limited to any breach of terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions, any existing agreement or policies entered between you and KuCoin and in any circumstances as KuCoin deems fit.

5.9. Unless stated otherwise within this Terms and Conditions, you agree to indemnify KuCoin, KuCoin’s affiliated companies, third-party service providers from any loss or damages incurred as a result of your breach of this Terms and Conditions.
