BEP-2
BEP-2 is a token standard for issuing and implementing tokens on the Binance Chain. Apart from the BNB, the native token of the Binance Chain, all other tokens issued on the Binance Chain blockchain follow the BEP2 token standard.
BEP2 functions on the Binance Chain, while the BEP20 token standard functions on the Binance Smart Chain, now BNB Chain. The BEP-2 standard lays out the features and roles for issuing tokens on the Binance Chain.
Short for Binance Chain Evolution Proposal 2, BEP2 is the first token standard for the Binance Chain. BEP-2 tokens can be traded on the Binance DEX. You can also use leading crypto wallets to store and manage your BEP2 tokens.
