How can I track my Rewards Points?

You can track your Rewards Points through the KuCoin AU mobile app or web platform.
Your Rewards Points balance will be updated once eligible transactions have been processed and settled.
Pending transactions may be displayed separately and will only be reflected after settlement.
Please note that Rewards Points are not credited instantly and may be subject to processing delays.

KuCard Rewards Points are issued only after a transaction is completed and settled. Therefore, points may not appear immediately and could take some time to be credited. And You can check your points balance in the Rewards Center.
          

Do refunds affect cashback or tier qualification?

Yes. Refunded or reversed transactions don't count toward thresholds, and any cashback earned from those transactions will be reversed.
      

If a transaction pushes me to the next tier, when does the new cashback rate take effect?

The upgraded earn rate becomes effective on the next calendar day.
     

Can I lose my Rewards Points?

Yes.
You may forfeit your accumulated Rewards Points if:
  • Your KuCoin AU or KuCard account is closed or permanently suspended;
  • You fail to meet, or breach, the applicable Rewards Points Program Terms and Conditions.
