​TARS AI (TAI) is an artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure protocol built on the Solana blockchain. It aims to make AI and blockchain technologies more accessible and user-friendly. ​

With TARS AI, you can access a suite of modular AI tools and products designed to integrate AI into the Web3 ecosystem. These include an AI console for simplified blockchain interactions, a consumer AI assistant providing real-time insights, and an AI aggregator connecting your queries to relevant large language models. 

The platform also offers GPU staking, allowing you to mint non-tradable GPU NFTs that mine TAI tokens as rewards. The TARS AI hub provides a library of popular AI models for Web3, including GPT-4.

​The TARS AI (TAI) token serves multiple purposes within the TARS ecosystem:​

1. Access Services: Use TAI to access AI tools like the AI Hub and Consumer AI. 

2. Stake for Rewards: Stake $TAI to earn rewards and support network security. ​

3. Participate in Governance: Hold TAI to vote on network decisions. ​

4. Pay Transaction Fees: Use TAI for transaction fees within the ecosystem.

Additionally, you can trade TARS AI tokens on the KuCoin spot market, with the TAI/USDT pair available since April 7, 2025.

​TARS AI (TAI) has a total supply of 1 billion tokens, distributed as follows:

1. AI to Earn: 60% allocated for incentivizing AI-related activities. ​

2. Liquidity, Market Making, and Incentives: 15% designated for liquidity provision and market incentives.

3. Team: 10% reserved for team members, with a 6-month cliff and 24-month vesting period. 

4. Series B: 9% allocated to Series B investors, with a 10% unlock at TGE, 1-month cliff, and 12-month vesting. ​

5. IDO & Airdrop: 2.5% set aside for initial decentralized offerings and airdrops, with 60% unlocked at TGE and the remaining 40% unlocked in the second week. 

6. Series A: 2% allocated to Series A investors, with an 8% unlock at TGE, 1-month cliff, and 12-month vesting. ​
