To participate in Spotlight token sales, users must: 1) Complete Identity Verification (KYC or KYB); 2) Use a master account (sub-accounts and restricted accounts are not eligible); 3) Reside in a region not restricted by compliance regulations. KuCoin reserves the right to disqualify users found engaging in fraud, manipulation, or multi-account abuse.

The countries or regions are not supported in Bitdealer Spotlight: Canada, Central Africa, France, Guam, Haiti, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Iran, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Malaysia, Mainland China, Netherlands, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, United States of America, including all US territories, Uzbekistan, Yemen.

Your token allocation is calculated proportionally based on your committed amount relative to the total funds committed by all users. Token Allocation = Total Tokens Offered × (Committed Amount ÷ Total Committed Amount by All Users).

Once funds are committed to a Spotlight event, they cannot be withdrawn or canceled during the subscription period. If the event is oversubscribed and you receive fewer tokens than the value of your commitment, any unused funds will be automatically refunded to your Spot Account after the token distribution is completed.
