Star Atlas is a 3A metaverse multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) built on the Unreal 5 engine, set in the year 2620 and centered around a cosmic territorial and resource dispute between three races. Players can choose from a variety of professions in the open universe: cargo transportation, rescue, ship repair, mineral mining, salvage, intergalactic piracy, bounty hunter, smuggler, mercenary, and more. Each profession can bring income to the player, the higher income occupation also needs to take higher risk: in the starship combat, the winner can get the booty reward, while part of loser's inventory assets will be randomly destroyed. If the starship is destroyed in the combat, the corresponding NFT assets will be destroyed as well.
