On-chain activity and trading volume remained relatively stable, while cross-chain and payment use cases continued to expand (e.g., Cash App, Meta creator payments, and Visa and Stripe settlement networks going live), reflecting a market transition from “crypto trading tool” to “global payment and digital USD infrastructure.” Meanwhile, regulatory legislation (the U.S. GENIUS Act and Europe’s MiCA) is accelerating implementation, shifting market focus from speculation and scale toward regulatory licensing, reserve transparency, and payment network integration. It is expected that capital will further migrate toward emerging stablecoin assets with strong regulatory backing, sovereign cooperation, and real-world payment applications.
