ChainThink 消息，3 月 23 日，以太坊基金會 Platform 團隊聯合發文，系統闡述 L1 與 L2 協同發展框架。
文章指出，L2 的核心定位已從早期的「擴容工具」轉變為「差異化功能與定制化服務的提供層」，L1 則應專注於成為去許可、高韌性的全球結算、共享狀態、流動性及 DeFi 中心。
在對 L2 的建議方面，文章要求 L2 至少達到 Stage 1 安全標準並通過「退出測試」；追求最緊密 L1 集成的 L2 應推進至 Stage 2，並實現同步可組合性及原生卷疊機制。
The Ethereum Foundation stated that it will continue to advance L1 scaling and blob expansion to increase throughput without compromising decentralization; at the same time, it will invest in R&D to enable native rollup technologies and collaborate with L2Beat to enhance the transparency and verifiability of L2 security properties.
