在商業化方面，梁文鋒表示，DeepSeek 不追求利潤最大化，只獲取合理利潤，開源和低價均屬於「克制」戰略的一部分，目的不是爭奪更多市場份額，而是提高最終實現 AGI 的概率。他同時表示，DeepSeek 無意成為下一個超級 App，也不會將 3D、視頻生成、世界模型等方向作為當前主線。
