KuCoin API升級通知

尊敬的KuCoinAPI用戶，

KucoinAPI已完成不停機升級，具體優化如下:

1、现货修改"GET /api/v1/accounts/ledgers"接口,"BizType"添加"BROKER_TRANSFER"类型.

2、现货修改"GET /api/v3/currencies"接口, 添加"withdrawFeeRate"和"withdrawMaxFee"字段.

3、现货修改"GET /api/v3/currencies/{currency}"接口, 添加"withdrawFeeRate"和"withdrawMaxFee"字段.

4、杠杆新增"GET /api/v3/margin/interest"接口.

5、合约修改"TOPIC: /contractMarket/tradeOrders"，新增"feeType"字段
