KuCoin API升级通知

尊敬的KuCoinAPI用戶，

KucoinAPI已完成不停机升级，具体优化如下:

1、新增現貨離綫歷史市場數據下載頁面，請參考文檔：https://www.kucoin.com/markets/historydata

2、现货新增 "/spotMarket/level1" websocket接口(bbo推送)

3、现货修改 "GET /api/v1/market/allTickers" 接口, 添加"bestAskSize"、"bestBidSize"字段.

4、合约新增 "GET /api/v1/margin/maxWithdrawMargin" 接口

5、合约新增 "POST /api/v1/margin/withdrawMargin" 接口

6、合约新增 "POST /api/v1/orders/multi" 接口

7、合约新增 "GET /api/v1/contract/funding-rates" 接口

8、合约修改 "POST /api/v1/position/margin/deposit-margin" 接口,從"General"權限，變更為"Futures Trading"權限。本月月底開始執行。
