1. Submitting a Ticket

Go to www.kucoin.com/en-eu, scroll down to the bottom, and select Submit a Ticket

You may choose an issue type which best describe your inquiry for our customer support team to better assist you.


App:

After logging in to your KuCoin EU account, click on your profile icon on the top left corner.

Scroll to the bottom and click on 'Support'.



Click on 'Submit a Ticket' and choose the issue type that best describe your situation.

 

2. Accessing Online Live Chat

Great news! We've recently upgraded our Help Center. You’ll be able to enjoy faster responses and self-help with our online live chat here.

Web:

Go to www.kucoin.com/en-eu, scroll to the bottom and select Help Center. From there, select Contact Us or Online Support.


 


App:

After logging in to your KuCoin EU account, click on your profile icon on the top left corner.

Scroll to the bottom and click on 'Support'.
