$NEAR is where the current market rotation becomes especially interesting.
The silence before the storm does not always mean weakness. Sometimes it means the market is waiting for enough liquidity and conviction to enter at the same time. Once that happens, the move can become violent very quickly.
NEAR is trading around 2.597 in the chart after gaining more than four percent. The wider market is showing renewed activity, while Ethereum and other large assets are also posting positive short term moves. That matters because stronger large cap conditions can provide the liquidity environment needed for altcoins to extend.

For NEAR, I am watching 2.48 to 2.55 as the first support zone. If price holds there, the current structure remains interesting. A sustained move above 2.65 would be the confirmation I want to see that buyers are willing to push into the next liquidity area.
I am also watching BTC dominance. With dominance sitting around the mid fifties, the important question is whether capital continues concentrating in Bitcoin or begins rotating more aggressively into altcoins.

Whale positioning will matter here as well. I want to see larger orders supporting dips rather than simply appearing after a breakout. If volume, spot demand and open interest expand together, that would make the move much stronger than a simple leverage driven pump.
