🔴 Long Liquidation: $1.6291K at $2.55384

Entry Zone: $2.56–$2.61

Stop-Loss: $2.47

TP1: $2.68

TP2: $2.76

TP3: $2.88

MORPHO is showing recovery strength after defending the $2.50–$2.55 area. The liquidation around $2.55 suggests leveraged longs were flushed near support, creating a potential rebound zone. Recent price action has also shown stronger participation, so a reclaim above $2.60 would improve the bullish setup.

The trade becomes stronger if price holds above $2.55 and breaks the nearby $2.68 resistance with volume.

Invalidation: A sustained move below $2.47 cancels the long setup.

🟢 Short Liquidation: $1.7892K at $0.23024

Entry Zone: $0.222–$0.230

Stop-Loss: $0.208

TP1: $0.242

TP2: $0.255

TP3: $0.270

Short liquidations near $0.230 indicate buyers are forcing weak shorts out of the market. Price has recently traded with elevated volatility, making the $0.22 area an important demand zone.

A hold above $0.222 followed by a clean reclaim of $0.230 would support continuation toward the next resistance levels. Avoid chasing if price becomes sharply extended above entry.

Invalidation: A decisive breakdown below $0.208 cancels the long setup.

🟢 Short Liquidation: $4.9874K at $0.10668

Entry Zone: $0.104–$0.108

Stop-Loss: $0.098

TP1: $0.113

TP2: $0.120

TP3: $0.128

ARB is attempting to build support after trading near historically weak levels. The $0.1067 short liquidation shows aggressive buying pressure around this area. If price continues holding above $0.104 and breaks $0.113, the setup could develop into a short-term recovery move.

Volume confirmation on the breakout would make the signal stronger.

Invalidation: A sustained move below $0.098 cancels the long setup.

🔴 Long Liquidation: $3.2283K at $0.01415

Entry Zone: $0.01410–$0.01445

Stop-Loss: $0.01505

TP1: $0.01355

TP2: $0.01295

TP3: $0.01235

The long liquidation around $0.01415 indicates downside pressure and forced selling in leveraged positions. Unless price can reclaim $0.01445 with strong volume, the area can act as resistance during a relief bounce.

A rejection from the entry zone followed by a lower low would strengthen the short setup.

Invalidation: A sustained breakout above $0.01505 cancels the short setup.

FT recently uncovered an extraordinarily complex financial structure. Google is set to transfer over $150 billion worth of TPUs into Anthropic, backed by approximately $200 billion in contracts. Yet Anthropic itself has not paid $150 billion to purchase the chips. The chips are sold by Google to Broadcom, then funneled into a specially created SPV. Apollo, Blackstone, and other institutions extend loans to the SPV, which purchases the hardware and leases the compute power back to Anthropic. Meanwhile, Google provides a guarantee for the data center on the other end. In June of this year, the first transaction was finalized. A shell entity called Compute SPV secured $35 billion to acquire approximately 1 GW of capacity—roughly one million TPUs. The $35 billion was structured into three tranches of debt, with about $30 billion in senior debt backed by Broadcom’s residual value support. The logic is straightforward: If Anthropic fails to pay rent, the SPV sells the TPUs to repay the debt. If the sale proceeds are insufficient, Broadcom covers the shortfall. This guarantee is critical. Anthropic has no public credit rating; direct lending to it would carry prohibitively high financing costs. By layering Broadcom’s credit on top, the senior debt’s risk profile becomes nearly equivalent to Broadcom’s own. And this is only the first transaction. In April, Google agreed to supply Broadcom with an additional 3.5 GW of TPUs—ultimately for Anthropic’s use. Broadcom’s subsequent financial filings suddenly revealed $128.1 billion in purchase commitments, with $55.2 billion due in fiscal year 2027 and $72.9 billion in fiscal year 2028. According to informed sources cited by FT, nearly all of this volume consists of these Google TPUs. Today, selling AI compute is increasingly resembling how Boeing and GE once sold aircraft: Manufacturers sell equipment; financial institutions buy the assets; airlines lease them long-term; the assets serve as collateral; and manufacturers guarantee residual value. This way, tens of billions in hardware remain off both Google’s and Anthropic’s balance sheets. But there’s one crucial difference between TPUs and airplanes: A five-year-old Boeing can still find another airline buyer. But what is the residual value of one million TPUs designed specifically for a particular software stack five years from now? No one knows. Thus, this $200 billion machine ultimately hinges on two bets: Will Claude’s revenue continue to grow? And can AI chips finally establish a truly credible, financeable “residual value” for the first time? If both hold true, compute power could become a new class of infrastructure asset. If they don’t, the risks hidden today within these SPVs will eventually trickle back—layer by layer—onto the balance sheets of Google and Broadcom.
