In November 2025, EigenZero went live across Ethereum, BNB Chain and Avalanche, backed by $5M in slashable ZRO. In December, LayerZero confirmed monthly ZRO buybacks funded by Stargate revenue. October 2026 brought the completed STG-to-ZRO merger, consolidating its cross-chain ecosystem.

Price reality: ZRO trades around $1.84, roughly 160% above its July 2026 ATL of $0.707, but still about 69% below its 2025 high near $5.90. The fundamental stack has not shown up in price.

Supply remains a risk: only about 40% of the 1B maximum supply circulates. Buybacks help, but they do not guarantee demand.

This is a watch, not a long. The level that matters is $1.70; losing it weakens recovery structure. First sign sentiment’s turning: reclaim $2.15–$2.30.

The catalyst: sustained buybacks, measurable cross-chain usage and Zero mainnet delivery—not more announcements.
