I’ve been watching $BLUE /USDT, and the latest chart has caught my attention. BLUE pushed up toward $0.01690, but the price couldn’t hold that move and dropped back to around $0.01084.

To me, it feels like a runner who starts strong but still has to prove they can finish the race. A sudden jump can grab my attention, but what matters more is whether buyers keep showing up after the excitement fades.

I’m also keeping an eye on Bluefin’s platform development and lending ecosystem. I want to see real progress translate into lasting confidence, rather than judging the project by one day of price action.

I’m not rushing to label this a recovery or a breakdown. I’d rather watch the next moves, see how buyers react, and let the chart tell its story.

My takeaway: I trust sustained strength more than a sudden spike, and BLUE still needs to prove it can hold its ground.

So bonds globally are seeing massive surges (some historical highs) across the board.. Japan, U.S., France, UK.. Interesting all of these major countries bond yields are going parabolic at the exact same time.. What a coincidence.. #RCT #XRP

@OpenEden_X Is High Yield Bonds really high risk too? It depends on which High Yield Bond Fund. There are wide spectrum of performance in this space. Let’s look at the most common metrics for evaluating risk or volatilty - standard deviation of historical returns. Below are 3year annualised standard deviation of each product BNY Global Short-Dated HY Bond Fund : 2.4% IEI (3-7y Treasury ETF) : 4.0% IEF (7-10y Treasury ETF) : 6.6% The BNY HY Bond fund has 40-70% lower volatility but more than double the returns. Will share more deep dive into the BNY HY Bond Fund that @OpenEden_X has tokenised. Dyor

JUST IN: EX-BOJ OFFICIAL SAYS JAPAN MAY RAPIDLY HIKE RATES ABOVE 2% THIS YEAR A former BOJ official warned Japan may speed up rate hikes to above 2% this year as the yen slides. The BOJ’s current policy rate is 1%, its highest level since 1995, while the yen recently hit ¥162.84 per dollar, its weakest level in nearly 40 years. Higher Japanese rates could support the yen, but they may also make borrowing more expensive and pressure global risk assets, including crypto.

🚨 🇺🇸 OVERNIGHT FUNDING FLASHES LIQUIDITY SIGNAL AS SOFR SITS BELOW FED FUNDS SOFR fixed at 3.58% on July 8, while effective fed funds held at 3.63%, leaving secured repo money about 5 bps cheaper than bank-to-bank cash. The important part is not panic. It shows strong demand for Treasury-backed funding and heavy cash moving through the safest plumbing in markets. When this pipe shifts, bond desks listen first. Short-term Treasuries and cash funds stay the cleanest trade. Lower repo pressure supports bills, while any sudden SOFR jump would hit risk assets fast.

The government raised Rs1.92 trillion via Wednesday's T-bill auction, below the Rs2.4 trillion target despite Rs4.28 trillion in bids. Yields fell across all tenors: 1-month down 40bps to 11.40%, 3-month down 35bps to 11.40%, 6-month down 31bps to 11.44%, and 12-month down 35bps to 11.49%. CPI eased to 11.1% YoY in June from 11.7% in May, within SBP's projected range. SBP held its policy rate at 11.5% in June. Falling yields across the board signal growing market expectations that the tightening cycle has ended, with the next SBP move likely toward easing. This is positive for fixed income and money market fund investors, as bond prices typically rise ahead of rate cuts. For PSX equity investors, lower yields could gradually improve equity valuations by making stocks more attractive versus falling fixed-income returns.

New Zealand shares slip after RBNZ's first hike in 3 years! The Reserve Bank of New Zealand raised its benchmark rate by 25 basis points to 2.50% to tackle sticky inflation underpinned by rising domestic prices. #NZX50 fell by over 1% before recovering slightly at end of day to -0.71% 13,762.78-13,617.76=145.02/13,762.68=0.0105*100=1.05% This is immediately after hitting all time intraday high of 13,827.94, currently sitting -1.18% from ATH. Just like the comparisons that I made in comments, the ATH is quite lackluster when compared to inflation and currency weakness. The age of cheap cash credit is slipping away. As they say the solution to expensive prices is also expensive prices through higher interest rates. Finance, banking, communications & infrastructure held up the best during defensive Kiwi rotation.

🚨 🇨🇳 CHINA CURBS LGFV SHORT BONDS AS HIDDEN DEBT STRESS RETURNS TO MARKETS China is moving to restrict short-term bond issuance by local government financing vehicles in the interbank market, tightening a funding channel used by cities and provinces to roll debt and fund infrastructure. This is Beijing slowing the debt treadmill. Short money looks easy until refinancing windows close, then banks, builders and weak regions feel the squeeze. Chinese bank stocks face pressure, property stays fragile, copper demand weakens, and the yuan gets support if debt risk is controlled.
